Read MoreIf you’re familiar with Dr. Jason Fung (author of The Obesity Code, The Diabetes Code, and The Complete Guide to Intermittent Fasting), you’re most likely aware that through his IDM Program, he has cured type 2 diabetes in many of his patients through intermittent fasting and low carbohydrate diets - removing insulin from their lives.

The major environmental concern was global cooling due to the reflection of sunlight off dust particles in the air triggering the dawn of a new Ice Age. I wonder if Time Magazine thought one of the 51 things we should do is to become a penguin…

These are all symptoms I was experiencing for a few weeks, not knowing they were all linked. I thought I was in some sort of funk, I was maybe exercising too much - pushing myself beyond my limits and my body was revolting.
Read MoreI had been doing keto for a few months and had noticed some changes, fabulous changes in my weight, and in how I felt less hungry. When I told my friend about it, and had some theories about food that I was truly surprised by she suggested that I read The Obesity Code by Dr. Jason Fung.

Read MoreIf you've just learned about author Dr. Jason Fung, and you're trying to figure out which of his books to read first, I'm gonna give you my suggestion. First of all, the best books that I know of from Dr. Jason Fung are three. We have The Diabetes Code, The Complete Guide to Fasting, and The Obesity Code. Which should you read first? Well, if you are dealing with diabetes, I think it may make sense to start with that book so you can get right to the meat of things and read other books later.

And, unlike everything you’ve tried before, it actually works.
You eat (drink?) chicken broth, beef broth, veggie broth and maybe even fish stock, but have you ever had bone broth?
Read MoreYou think you know, but do you really? Obesity is one of things where we think we know, but in reality we believe whatever people tell us, and there is a lot of misinformation out here. Read MoreNow, I've looked at a lot of diets over my entire life as an overweight person and none of them really spoke to me.
