Are you starting to annoy your friends because all you talk about is the ketolifestyle?
Do you want to spend a weekend with hundreds of other ketofreaks in a city turned keto?
Are you looking to celebrate the low-carb way of life?
Then welcome to KetoFest ‘18
“Ketofest is a celebration of life for those who value the continuous benefits of nutritional ketosis.”
KetoFest is a three day festival full of “world-class speakers, local restaurants serving real keto dishes, a pig roast (where you don't have to worry about sugar in the sauce), learning how to cook your own keto dishes, attending breakout sessions on various related topics, taking fat-adapted fitness classes, and networking with other ketogenic warriors.” We are talking anything and everything Keto!
This year's festival will have twice as many speakers and twice the venues. Speakers will include world-class authors, journalists, and scientists.
This years confirmed speakers include:
Author of TheBigFatSurprize Nina Teicholz (https://thebigfatsurprise.com)
Ivor Cummins, who runs TheFatEmperor Blog (http://www.thefatemperor.com)
The esteemed Dr. Eric Westman
The CholesterolCode’s very own Dave Feldman (http://cholesterolcode.com),
Bestselling author Jimmy Moore
and plenty more!
The Festival consists of three days, Fasting Friday, Social Saturday, and Science Sunday! Friday will be hosted by Megan Ramos from Intensive Dietary Management (IDM)and the Obesity Code Podcast, "a free event where she shares the latest clinical data from IDM patients, and recent science on fasting." Saturday will start with an outdoor party on the Parade Plaza in New London, which will consist of live music, a pig roast along with sausage and various other meats. Many restaurants have teamed up with the festival this year to be selling and promoting delicious keto friendly food throughout the day! And finally Science Sunday starts with the all day bacon bar before diving into the latest research, science, and stories from the keynote speakers.
So what are you waiting for? If all day bacon, a smoked pig, a lot of other meat, and keto friendly food sounds good to you, Ketofest might just be the place for you! If you are in the New England area or you are just that dedicated, KetoFest ’18 is being held on July 20th –July 22nd at:
