It's Always A Good Time For Change

One of the things we love about fasting is the fact that it’s so flexible. You can choose your fasting hours, you can choose your fasting length, and you can choose what you eat in your feasting window (within reason!). This is one of the reasons that fasting often works, when other methods for losing weight have failed.

We stumbled across a transformation article in Women’s Health, “I Used Intermittent Fasting And Dance Workouts To Lose 95 Pounds”, and it’s another great example of someone who’s struggled with weight loss for a long time and finally found a sustainable method for change through fasting.

Alexandra Ostrow struggled with an over-eating disorder for over eight years. She tried popular diet programs, such as Weight Watchers, and even experimented with fat-burner pills, before she finally tried intermittent fasting. It turned out to be the secret to her success, along with a newly discovered passion for dance workouts, and in two years she has lost 95 pounds and plans to keep going!
