Meat: On The Way to Public Vindication?

The New York Times published an article that made us feel a certain kind of way with the headline “Eat Less Red Meat, Scientists Said. Now Some Believe That Was Bad Advice.”

The article goes over a recent analysis released claiming “an international collaboration of researchers produced a series of analyses concluding that the advice [to eat less meat], a bedrock of almost all dietary guidelines, is not backed by good scientific evidence.”
