This is an interesting piece from Pop Sugar “These Dietitians Reveal How Many Calories to Eat on Intermittent Fasting and Still Lose Weight.”
Personally, one of the reasons we have chosen intermittent fasting and a ketogenic diet is to stop counting calories, macros, carbs and everything else. We have found that as you build up your intermittent fasting abilities and cut out the food groups you have chosen not to eat, the numbers usually take care of themselves.
And the fact, is we hated counting all that stuff in the first place. What works for you? Do you count calories or not? Let us know in the comments.
