People often ask us how they should break their fast.

This seemingly simple question doesn't come with a straightforward answer! Everyone's body responds differently to breaking a fast, and other factors to consider include how long you have been fasting and what sort of diet you are eating between fasts. 

For many, this is a trial and error process. Because each of our bodies will respond so uniquely to breaking a fast, there is no one size fits all answer. In general, you should consider foods that have good nutritional value, and are easy to digest. Also, take it slow and start with small portions to see how your body responds. Trust your body to tell you what is right for you.
