Jenna Jameson delighted with weight loss progress after returning to keto diet
Apparently, actress Jenna Jameson is sticking to her New Years’ resolutions. She announced plans to try and lose at least 10 of the 30 pounds recently gained. So she has returned to a keto eating plan. This was revealed, along with her photo in a red bathing suit, via Instagram recently.
Ever so helpful, Jenna also included her menu for the day. For breakfast, she enjoyed two eggs, Cholula garlic hot sauce, and arugula wrapped in Parmesan Folios cheese wraps. She shared cooking tips and where to get some of the enticing ingredients featured.
So, can we promise everyone that if you try the intermittent fasting game plan and the keto diet, you will look this fabulous? No, but looking YOUR best, and improving your health is just as important.
